NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE TWENTY-FOURTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH AFRICAN SOCIETY FOR LABOUR LAW TO BE HELD ON 28th OCTOBER 2021 AT 16H00


Please find the Agenda, Nomination and Proxy forms attached. The Society welcomes nominations from members. Please complete the form and return to the national office by 21st October 2021. If you are not attending the event, it would be appreciated it if you completed a proxy form.


The Annual General Meeting will be followed by a Webinar presented by

Advocate Craig Bosch on the topic: "Enforcing contractual and collective agreement rights to disciplinary procedures"


The society's Annual General Meeting is held in accordance with the constitution which is available to view on the SASLAW Website.

    Craig Bosch

    Advocate at Cape Bar

    Craig Bosch is an advocate practicing at the Cape Bar and specialising in labour law. He was a senior commissioner at the CMA and has served on the panels of various bargaining councils, IR Change and Tokiso.

    Craig lectured at UCT and UWC until 2009 and is a research associate at NMMU. He has published articles and presented conference papers on various labour law topics.
