Carlene January-Wright is an admitted attorney since 2013 and is an internationally accredited mediator. Before joining Tokiso she worked as attorney for a medium sized firm and thereafter in the insurance field in the legal department. Carlene has special interest in facilitation and mediation in multi-party stakeholder environments.

Lara Keil is a an Associate at ENS Employment practice.
Lara specialises in employment litigation and general employment law.
Her experience includes advising clients on various employment law-related issues such as unfair dismissals, unfair discrimination, unfair labour practices, retrenchments and whistleblowing.
In addition, Lara is also experienced in personal injury litigation and has assisted clients in matters involving medical negligence and Road Accident Fund claims.
Lara is a member of the South African Society for Labour Law’s Young Scholar Society (“SASLAW YSS”) where she serves as a representative of the Western Cape.

Zanele Masoek is an admitted attorney and internationally accredited mediator with experience in facilitating
relationship building processes, chairing disciplinary enquiries, grievance hearings and performance hearings.
Zanele has also conducted training in disciplinary processes and sexual harassment as well as conducted
investigations into allegations of sexual harassment, bullying and racial discrimination. Zanele has experience
working as a project manager on large budget projects as well as smaller projects with a focus on conflict
management through multi-stakeholder engagements and relationship building.

Liesl focuses on corporate and commercial law, including public and private mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets.

Kekeletso is a Graduate Recruitment Specialist at Webber Wentzel and has, previously, worked with Pinsent Masons LLP international.

He was an Early Talent Officer in his previous role and looked after a legal internship program focusing on underprivileged candidates training to be potential Candidate Attorneys.

Kekeletso enjoys go-karting, watching documentaries, being a Project Naledi volunteer (assists schools with CV writing, coaching, etc), going to food markets, and online gaming.

Courtney is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Employment Practice. He joined the firm in 2019 and was appointed as a Senior Associate in March 2022.

Courtney obtained his LLB through the University of the Free State in 2016 and his LLM degree at Stellenbosch University in 2017.

Courtney has been involved in a variety of matters including unfair dismissal disputes, unfair labour practice disputes and contractual claims. He is particularly interested and regularly involved in collective bargaining and collective employment law disputes including strikes and organisational rights disputes.
