CASE LAW DISCUSSION - Advocate Craig Bosch - Unfair labour practices: a review of recent cases.

The discussion will include an analysis of recent, significant judgments relating to the scope of the unfair labour practice definition and why employer conduct has been found to unfair.

Advocate Craig Bosch is an advocate practising at the Cape Bar and specialising in labour law. He was a senior commissioner at the CMA and has served on the panels of various bargaining councils, IR Change and Tokiso. Craig lectured at UCT and UWC until 2009 and is a research associate at NMMU. He has published articles and presented conference papers on various labour law topics.
