Notice is hereby given of the SASLAW Eastern Cape Chapter's Annual General Meeting to be held on the 26th June 2024 at 17h30 at Club Chambers, Bird Street, Port Elizabeth. Please find attached the Agenda, Nomination form and Proxy form. The Chapter Committee welcomes your nominations and attendance at the AGM.

The 10-minute AGM will be followed by a seminar, presented by Commissioner T Qotoyi and Adv RK Bandath, where they will discuss the following topic:

CANNABIS AND DISCIPLINE IN THE WORKPLACE AND ENEVER PART II

Our distinguished speakers will be doing a follow up to the discussion they gave at our AGM in 2022 and will be providing an assessment of the LAC's recent decision in Enever v Barlow World.
