This webinar will discuss the nature of the dismissals which may follow the implementation of a mandatory vaccination policy. The nature of the dismissal will ultimately affect the process that the employer will be required to implement.


  • Dr Hilda Grobler will be taking us through different judgments to show how many issues fall within the ambit of incapacity.
  • Dunstan will be taking us through a practical response to dealing with employees who refuse to be vaccinated in the workplace and proposing that contracts of employment should be terminated for operational reasons as provided for in Section 189 of the LRA
